Large room available in a London Fields flat share.

We are 5 minutes from London Fields Station and Broadway Market.

Walking distance to London Fields Lido, Hackney Central and Victoria Park.

We are two women, Kim 25, who works in the music industry and Natasha 37, who works in the film industry. We both work hybrid and so will be wfh sometimes.

We also have a bearded dragon who lives with us in the living room, he is very people-friendly and contained in his tank named Falkor.

The flat is very chill and not suitable for those looking for a party flat. We are friendly and hang out occasionally, but we also have our own lives and are out with friends quite a lot.

The bills are around £130 per month, depending on the time of year, and this includes a cleaner who comes twice a month.

I pay extra towards the electricity to cover the cost of Falkor's tank.

Please note £712 is the current price of rent, I am waiting for the landlord to confirm in writing if the rent will increase, the rent does not usually increse by more than £20 each year. We split the rent equally.

* An employment reference along with recent payslips to demonstrate sufficient income
* Three months’ bank statements
* A reference from their previous landlord
