Spacious double available 22/04 in London Fields

Hello!

We’re looking for a new housemate to take over Jay’s room in our flat near London Fields.

📍 Location
The flat is in a great spot, around a 3 minute walk to London Fields Overground, 2 minutes from Pub on the Park, and about 10 minutes to Hackney Central. There are loads of parks, cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby, and it’s very easy to get around.

🏡 The Flat
We have a shared living room and kitchen with a really comfy sofa, a nice space to relax or hang out.

The room:
• Good sized double room
• Large windows with plenty of natural light
• Comes with a bed and mattress
• Jay will likely leave most other furniture except the desk

You will be sharing a bathroom with me.

👋 About Us
You’ll be living with:
• Me, I work in marketing at a law firm
• Our other flatmate who works in architectural design

We’re friendly, sociable and respectful. We enjoy the occasional dinner or drink together but also have our own routines.

✨ Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
• A working professional
• Clean, tidy and considerate
• Easygoing and sociable, but also independent

We want someone who feels like a good fit for the house and who we get along with.

📅 Move-in Date
22nd April

💸 Rent & Bills
• Rent is £1095.25 per month
• Bills usually come to between £120 and £150 per month

Breakdown:
• Gas and electricity around £150 per month
• WiFi £26.99 per month
• Council tax band D split between the house
• Cleaner every two weeks, £51 per visit split between the house
• Water is included in the rent

📄 Other Details
• Contract renews in August, so ideally looking for someone open to staying longer term. We do expect a rent increase when the contract renews.
• Referencing required including employment and previous landlord
• No couples, pets or smokers
