These rooms are ideal for 3 friends or a buddy-up, but we're also open to sorting each room individually.

The flat is situated directly opposite Pophams and Lardo. Nearby you have the Pub on the Park, 2 gyms, lido, tennis courts, cricket pitch, basketball courts, Picturehouse cinema, library, big Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s local (open until 11pm daily), legendary Hackney Empire theatre and countless pubs/coffee shops/restaurants/bars/bakeries. If you’re not a cyclist there’s 4 overground stations to choose from and a multitude of bus routes. We’re also a short walk from the canal if you’re a towpath walker/jogger/cyclist or into stand up paddleboarding.

The flat itself is split level with underfloor heating, car parking spaces, indoor cycle storage and a huge roof terrace with a BBQ. Three people share the bathroom (bedroom 1 is en-suite).

Also worth noting that there's limited space for a desk in rooms 2 and 3, although the current occupants have had no problem working from the kitchen.

You’ll be living with Nicki, who works in inclusive design research and loves cycling, taking a dip in the lido and exploring all London has to offer.
