2 bed flat beside London Fields

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into this 2-bedroom flat as my current flatmate is moving out. The room is available from 1st June.

1-min walk to London Fields overground
1-min walk to Lidl

THE FLAT🏡
The flat is on the 1st floor of an apartment complex on Mare Street. There is a spacious living room and kitchen that gets lots of natural light. The flat has two bathrooms, so while the room itself does not have an ensuite, you essentially have your own bathroom. There is also a secure parcel room for deliveries and a bike shed. The flat is really warm and we only had to use heat a handful of times last year!

THE ROOM🛌
The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe. There is also a storage drawer under the bed. Bills are~£100/month not including council tax.

ABOUT ME/YOU
I’m 27 and working in Pharma. I work hybrid and am usually WFH 2 days a week. I enjoy having a nice chill space to come home to and relax in. Looking for a flatmate who’s easygoing, clean and considerate, up for making the flat feel homely, and sociable but enjoys their downtime too. Someone who works from the office would be preferable but not a must!
