2 bed flat beside London Fields

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into this 2-bedroom flat as my current flatmate is moving out. The room is available from 1st July (but we are flexible either side of that date).

THE FLAT🏡
The flat is on the 1st floor of an apartment complex on Mare Street. There is a spacious living room and kitchen that gets lots of natural light. The flat has two bathrooms, so while the room itself does not have an ensuite, you essentially have your own bathroom. There is also a secure parcel room for deliveries and a bike shed.

THE ROOM🛌
The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe. There is also a storage drawer under the bed. Bills are~£100/month not including council tax.

ABOUT ME/YOU
I’m 28 and working in Pharma. I work hybrid and am usually WFH 2 days a week. I enjoy having a nice chill space to come home to and relax in. Looking for a flatmate who’s easygoing, clean and considerate, up for making the flat feel homely, and sociable but enjoys their downtime too.
