Spacious double room in friendly Hackney flat

Large furnished double in spacious plant-filled 7th floor flat with huge lounge/kitchen, disco ball energy and two balconies. Sharing with friendly professional gay couple. Main bathroom mostly yours. Looking for someone sociable, considerate and easy to live with.

We’re looking for a new flatmate for the second bedroom in our spacious, sociable flat. You’d be living with me and my partner (gay couple, mid 20s) in a relaxed, friendly home.

The room comes furnished as pictured, but we’re flexible if you’d prefer to bring some of your own furniture.

The flat itself has:

* Huge shared open-plan living room/kitchen
* Two balconies
* Your own main bathroom with bath/shower (we mainly use the en suite in our room)
* Lots of plants, natural light and cosy communal space
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee setup etc.
* Calm weekday atmosphere but good for the occasional dinner/drinks night too

We’re both professionals and tend to keep things tidy and communicative. Looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with ideally someone who wants a comfortable shared home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The room would suit a professional working in London, LGBTQ+ friendly obviously.

We are currently in the process of buying a flat in Stratford with a spare room as well. So when we move (2-3 months time) you could either take a new flatmate into our room, or move along with us :)
