Beautiful room in friendly London Fields house

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my lovely house share near Dalston Junction/London Fields.

The room is in the attic with an outlook over the garden and lovely wood panelling. Move in date is 18 July and rent is £1,034 per month. The room itself is very large, with space for a double bed, desk, arm chair, and drawers etc. Room comes unfurnished except for the big blue chest of drawers.

The room is on the top floor of a very large house with a large garden and it’s perfect for someone who wants to be near everything in Hackney, but who appreciates coming home to a quiet and calm environment.

The current team are a mix of young professionals, guy and girls, working different style roles so on different schedules, with a mix of wfh. We all get on really well and everyone is lovely.

The house is a really great space where you can join together to watch television and cook, or take some time to yourself. There is a studio outside in our spacious garden which is used as a workout/chill space.

We are looking for a new housemate who is clean and considerate who wants to stay in a home not just a house. Ideal for people that are friendly who are as busy out and about as the rest of us.

We have preference for women/nb (for balance) and also for those a similar age to us (29-36) but most open to anyone who would be a wonderful addition. We are of course LGBTIA+ friendly. We are looking for non-smokers only and gardening skills are a big plus!

Bills are roughly £170-200 per month, fluctuates a little with the heating bills and that covers water, tax, gas electricity, all that jazz + a weekly cleaner and communal household items.
