A bright double room is available in my two-bedroom, owner-occupied flat in the heart of London Fields. Available from 1st August, long-term preferred, but short-term considered for the right person

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk with built-in drawer storage and a large clothing rail. Located on the fourth floor with lift access, the room enjoys afternoon and evening light and leafy views towards London Fields.

The flat has a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, a balcony and a shared bathroom. It’s a peaceful, well-maintained home and is ideally located just a short walk from London Fields, Broadway Market, Victoria Park, Columbia Road and the many cafés, restaurants and independent shops the area has to offer. Transport links are excellent, with London Fields Overground station a short walk away, providing direct services to Liverpool Street in 9 minutes and Seven Sisters in 11 minutes. Bethnal Green Underground station (Central line) is also nearby, while Hackney Central and Cambridge Heath stations are within easy walking distance, along with numerous bus routes.

A little about me: I’m a 40-year-old professional working in the music industry. Outside of work I enjoy running, cooking, gigs, travel, food and wine, and making the most of living in London. The flat is very much a home rather than a party house.

I’m looking for a like-minded professional who is considerate, tidy and easy-going. The flat works best as a calm and comfortable home where we can each enjoy our own space whilst still being friendly and sociable when our paths cross.

Rent is £1,350 per month including bills. Deposit is one month’s rent.
