Double bedroom in London Fields flat

Lovely double bedroom in a two-bed flat by London Fields. I’m looking for someone to overtake a rolling contract from the beginning of August, flexible to start around August 3rd.

The room is spacious and gets a lot of light in. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and mirror (I’d be happy to leave the wooden shelving if interested). The flat is simple and compact, equipped with new amenities—fridge, oven, washing machine and shower head—all installed in the past year. It works well for someone who is out more and doesn’t mind there’s no living room.

Rent is £850 and with bills it comes around £950. The area is really lively and the weekends are quite busy. Something to be aware of is that it’s also quite rowdy around here! If you're familiar with the area and happy to be acquainted with a nice, outgoing community, you'll be a good fit!

You’ll be living with Anika who is 20 and works in the music industry. She is really easy-going and is barely at home because she travels a lot.

Ideal move in date is August 3rd when you will pay the first month of rent, deposit will be transferred earlier. I wouldn’t mind a later move in within a few days if required, just let me know your flexibility!

I’ll be doing viewing from July 13th. If you like the flat, you need to provide personal details (name, phone number and email address), which the agency sends to a reference company. This takes a couple weeks so I’m looking to do everything really quickly. Drop me a message :)
