Looking for Third Flatemate in London Fields

Hey! We are two friends (James (26) and Erin (28)) looking for someone to take over the third room in our house

📍 Location: Amazing spot - just 5 minutes’ walk to Broadway Market, close to cafes, pubs, parks, and great transport links.

🏠 The Flat: Big, bright kitchen (perfect for cooking together). Two bathrooms, big living room and huge garden. The flat is overall really spacious and great for summer BBQs and hosting!

🛏 The Room: Small but cosy, it fits a desk, cupboard and double bed comfortably, and there is extra storage space available in the hallway as well as around the house for suitcases etc.

👯 About Us: We’re really good friends who hang out a lot - cooking, going out, or just chilling together in the flat. We’re social but also respect downtime. We’d love someone who can slot into our vibe and are looking for someone who we can be friends with as opposed to just a house mate

💷 Rent: £1200 per month (bills not included and come to around £100ish a month)
