We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our 4-bedroom house in the heart of Hackney/Haggerston. It’s a big, bright double room in a really nice house, with a friendly, sociable atmosphere and plenty of space.

We’re ideally looking for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep. Someone who enjoys having a chat in the kitchen, the occasional movie night or BBQ, but is also independent and has their own life.

The room

The biggest room in the house, with two large windows overlooking the garden, so it gets loads of natural light.

It comes furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe, with plenty of room to make it feel like your own. Neutral décor and ready to move into.

Your future housemates

Clara is a designer who loves art, painting and singing. She’s down-to-earth and enjoys keeping the house cosy and clean. Always up for a chat, a glass of wine, doing something together or hanging out at home.

Kate works in marketing and is fun, friendly and easygoing. She loves skateboarding and photography, and enjoys having a chat in the kitchen, grabbing a pint or catching up over a drink at home.

Nisha works in marketing and is lovely, laid-back and sociable. She loves DJing for fun, going to the gym and having a good chat in the garden, especially when the weather is nice!

We’re a social but independent house. We enjoy spending time together, whether that’s BBQs, movie nights, going for drinks or just hanging out at home, but there’s absolutely no expectation to be joined at the hip. We’re looking for someone who’d naturally enjoy becoming part of the house.

£987 pcm + around £120 bills

Bills include council tax, water, electricity, gas, broadband and cleaner.

Council tax band C. Deposit required and protected.

You’ll be replacing me on the tenancy, with referencing checks carried out by the letting agent.
