Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely 2-bedroom flat near London Fields. I’m moving out, so you’ll be living with my current flatmate. The room is available from 18th of October.

LOCATION📍
Less than a 5-minute walk to London Fields Overground
A short walk to Lidl, London Fields, Broadway Market, cafés, restaurants and bars.

THE FLAT🏡
The flat is on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex on Mare Street. It’s bright and spacious, with a lovely open living room and kitchen that gets lots of natural light.
There are two bathrooms, so although the room isn’t ensuite, you’ll essentially have your own bathroom. There’s also a secure parcel room for deliveries and a bike shed.

THE ROOM🛌
The room is bright and spacious, with a bed and wardrobe, plus plenty of room for a desk if you work from home. There’s also storage underneath the bed.

Bills are ~£100/month, not including council tax.

ABOUT THE FLATMATE/YOU✨
You’ll be living with my current flatmate, who is 27 and working in law. She works hybrid and usually WFH 3 days a week. She enjoys having a nice chill space to come home to and relax in. Looking for a flatmate who’s easygoing, clean and considerate, up for making the flat feel homely, and sociable but enjoys their downtime too.
