The property:
The apartment is situated in the middle floor of a 3 story Victorian Conversion. Recently renovated and a very peaceful and welcoming space. It has a total of two bedrooms. There is one shared bathroom, which has great water pressure. A shared living room space which the sun streams into on a bright day with a super comfy green velvet sofa, TV and small desk area which we occasionally work from. This leads through into the kitchen with ample cupboard space, a washing machine and fridge freezer.

Both rooms have super comfy beds and lots of storage and are very bright. Lovely neighbours below and either side.


The area:
The property is located just a 3 minute walk from Hackney Central Station and around a 5 minute walk from London Fields park. We are around 10-15 minutes from Broadway which has a great bustle at the weekend with food and trinket markets on Saturdays and Sundays. There is great nightlife around the area, if that interests you. It has the perfect mix of slightly more homely and residential still with lots to do and loads of spots to eat out and go for drinks or a coffee

Bills:
Most bills are included in the monthly rent with the exception of gas and electric which will be covered on a monthly basis as the bills come in.
