**Bills**
Around £250 per person per month, covering gas, electricity, council tax, water, WiFi, Netflix and Prime. A cleaner comes every three weeks at £15 per person.

**Ideal flatmate**
Clean, tidy and respectful of communal spaces. Ideally working from the office around three days a week. Would love to live with someone that I could become friends with.

About me
I have lived in Hackney for nearly six years now. I work locally, so I'm always out and about in the area. My working hours are a bit all over the place, but I'm usually home by 8.30 pm and ready to watch a series to unwind! My weekends are quite social and I'm often out. I do love to host (with work permitting), so once in a while ww may have the occasional dinner party. And I'd love my new flatmate to join too!
