Double Room close to London Fields

Searching for a flatmate who is great with an anxious dog.
We have a double rooms available in our spacious house share, available 1st April in a fantastic location in London Fields Hackney. 3 minutes to Broadway Market & London Fields with Victoria Park a 5 minute walk away.

We are all in full time work, and enjoy chilling out of an evening watching rubbish TV, going to the gym, and having a laugh.

The room is in a converted warehouse, and come furnished, including a double bed, clothes rail, draws, desk, etc
We are in a fantastic location, with Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Gyms and Sports Centres all a few minutes walk away.
Plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores near by.

Links to the city are all within walking distance, making travelling to and from easy.
Bethnal Green tube -10minute walk,
Hackney Central station - 10minute walk,
London Fields - 5minute walk.
There are also multiple bus stops less than a minutes walk away.

We are looking for a housemate that is clean, respectful and is happy to live and play with our dog 🐾 please mention this in your reply.
Other than your room, we have a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink, towel radiator etc.
A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc.

Shared outside garden area which captures the sun :)
