London Fields flatshare

Summer is in the air and perhaps it’s time for you to move into a Penthouse in London Fields! Our lovely flatmate is morning out at the end of May so we are looking for someone to move in on the 1st of June and sign a new lease.

Here's why we love living here:

- Huge terrace with views of London Fields
- The flat is a 4-bedroom, 5 bathroom apartment, spread across 2 floors, with double-glazed windows and under floor heating
- 4-minute walk to London Fields Overground (gets you to Liverpool St in 7 mins), 10-minute from Hackney Central Overground, 15 walk (or 5 min bus ride) to Bethnal Green tube (Central line)
- 5-minute walk to Broadway Market (food/art/coffee market on Saturdays)

You will be house-sharing with three young professionals - a man and two women in their early 30s - who enjoy music, art, cooking and entertaining, on occasion. We enjoy hosting the odd drinks or dinner party at ours but, please note, this is not a party house.

Out of the four bedrooms, this one is the smallest, but, like all the others, it comes with its own en-suite :) The room will come with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The current housemate has removed these as you can see in the photos but we have included photos of said furniture so you can see what they look like! Please note that the room itself does not have a window but it's bathroom does (as seen in the pictures).

**Update: we are close to the overground so you can hear the trains in the flat. However, this room is the quietest out of the rooms. But if you are super light sleeper then it may not be the best option for you.

We're looking for someone who's social, clean, respectable, and who adds value and warmth to our home. Ideally you would work 9 -5, (or thereabouts), and doesn't work much from home as the room is on the smaller side. If this sounds like you, please get in touch and tell us about yourself.
