We have a large bright room available for sublet in our lovely 3-bedroom flat.

Available for 2-3 month sublet over the summer from mid May to start of September.
Move in date is flexible - anytime from mid-May to late June.

Rent is £723 + bills

Our flat is lovely, and the location is dreamy - 2 walk mins to Haggerston overground, 2 blocks from the canal and 5-10 min walk to london fields & Broadway market, 10 min walk to Dalston or Hoxton. Great transport links & so many fun things on the doorstep!

The flat is a haven of peace; a cosy, homely and friendly place. Our vibe is wholesome, friendly, considerate and chill.

You’ll be sharing with Alex (male, 44), Chloe (female,39) & our beautiful cat, Mr Titchling / Otto. Alex is a counsellor & workshop facilitator, & also works with a charity teaching kids to ride bikes. Chloe works for a social enterprise that funds grassroots community projects & is training to be a Therapeutic Coach.

Looking for someone easygoing, friendly and respectful who likes cats, fits with our cosy vibe, and is happy to take care of Mr Titchling when we go away (for weekends, summer holiday, etc).
