Large double available between Angel and Old Street. 5 min walk to either location. Flat is ex council with a private landlord so NO AGENCY FEES
Room comes furnished with double bed, locker, large chest of drawers and walk in closet.
Bus stop 30 second walk with regular buses going to kings cross, Camden, London Bridge, bank
Flat has new washing machine/ dryer, virgin WiFi, and all other mod cons.
Please note we have NO shared living room!
Who we are : I am a female from Ireland and work as a PA and Adrian is from Poland and works as a hair stylist. We are both in our 30s, work hard and appreciate a glass of vino !
Who We are looking for :
someone who is sociable yet independent and doesn’t mind helping out with the cleaning etc. ( we do have a cleaning rota) All in all we just want someone who isn’t a big party goer and appreciates a homely quiet flat.
The room is available 1st November and must be able to pay the rent from that day. Males and females welcomed but MUST be working. Sorry- no students!
