Just off Upper Street (a 2 minute walk to main Upper Street) and near to Essex Road.
The room (Bedroom 1 in the floorplan) is a double with a desk and large shelves and a large window that opens fully. Very light room, fully furnished.
The flat has a very good sized kitchen which has a dining table in it. The living room is large. The flat benefits from super fast broadband and sky tv. The area is safe and pleasant with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants around.
My flatmates are a couple who share the other room. They are both professionals and are respectful, quiet, friendly, clean and tidy.
I am looking for someone to takeover ideally 19th September 2019 and the contract will run until April 2020. However we can accommodate move in dates from The start of September if need be.
