I am looking for someone to move into my flat as soon as possible, as I unfortunately need to move out. The flat is in London N1, a 10-min walk away from Shoreditch and 5 mins away from Dalston, with Haggerston overground station literally on the other side of the street.

Your new flatmate would be a master's student (City University) from Greece, who enjoys socialising, reading, music, going out and sports.

The flat is completely new and very cosy with lots of light, 2 bedrooms, a shared living room and 2 bathrooms (so you'll have your own bathroom)!

There is a washing machine and dishwasher, new and perfectly functioning; it is on the 3rd floor of the building, which has a reception service and an on-site gym accessible by tenants only (see photo)..
