I have a double room (in a 3-bed maisonette) available for a short let from a minimum of 1 week up-to a maximum of 4 weeks.

Current dates.
3rd November to around 3rd/4th December.

Pet-free and non-smoking household.

This is a vegan household, with a shower and BATH.

No animal products to be consumed or cooked in the house. (You don't have to be vegan/vegetarian yourself).

Hopefully, this will suit someone who is just looking for something short-term in zone 1/N1 area, a person who is in the process of buying a house, working on a short contract, an internship, or in between leases. (No WFH).

The location is just off City Road close to Hoxton, Shoreditch, Old Street, Angel, Liverpool Street, Brick Lane, Barbican, The City and Kings Cross.

I would need the rent and deposit to be paid upfront.

Excellent bus and tube links. Located in between Angel and Old Street Tube stations. Buses, 141, 76, 205, 214, 43, 55, 135, 394, 38, 19, 4, 56, 274.

Please bring your own bedding. But can provide bedding if needed.
