This is a 3 bedroom flat, there is only me living in the flat at the moment /there is another bigger roomavailable in the flat as well.

I am a 35 year old professional originally from France, working from 8 to 5.
I am very easy going, the flat is clean and quiet.

Rent is £130 per week (all included)
Deposit is 2 weeks rent.

I would prefer a female flatmate to try and keep the balance.
