I’m going home and looking for a replacement. Contract ends September 12th, and I am flexible with the move in date. Aka, I’m ready whenever you are! (The contract can be extended if you wish to via contacting the accommodation)
The rent of the room is £220 PW but as I need someone to take it, am willing to reduce to £190 PW. (ALL INCLUSIVE BILLS INC WIFI 😍)
If you did wish to extend contract for yourself, it would obviously rise to the set price.

•on site laundry service
•bike storage facilities
The flat is shared with 3 other flat mates who are post Grad, however I am undergrad so anyone is welcome!
This is one of the larger rooms in Dinwiddy, and comes with a very roomy kitchen!
