My two flatmates are leaving so I'm on the hunt for two new flatmates to join my home. The flat is a frank and airy, spacious flat, overlooking the canal in a building adorned in ivy. The jewel in the crown is our beautiful private roof terrace perfect for BBQs, sunbathing, and yoga alike! There is ample space within the building for bike storage and more broadly, the security of the building is second to none.

There are 2 rooms available May 12th (possibly earlier)
ROOM 1
This bright big room itself is furnished with a double bed and has access from the room to your private part of the balcony that overlooks the canal. You’re only sharing the main bathroom with 1 other person.

ROOM 2
This room is also furnished with a king size bed. You’re only sharing the main bathroom with 1 other person.

The flat is very close to transport less than 5 mins to buses on Kingsland road and 7 mins walk to Haggerston overground station.

In terms of me - easygoing Aussie in London for 14 years. I love what Hackney has to offer and hanging out with mates at the weekends. During the week I'm pretty busy with work, so I'm looking for flatmates who are on the same tip and is looking to nest and make my flat their home.
