En-Suite Double Bedroom Overlooking Regents Canal

Hello, hey, hi, I'm looking for someone to take on the double en-suite room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Islington / Hackney.

Situated on Regents Canal, 7-minutes walk from Haggerston station. Good bus links with the quieter end of Kingsland Road 4 minutes walk.

The flat is in the third floor of 4 with a lift and secure access, loads of places to store a bike outside the flat for security too,

I'm 35, single and a personal trainer, so typically it's early nights and early mornings for me. Looking for someone to compliment that, so if you're into fitness, I; m your gal!
Saying that, I bake, so I will feed you too, balance, right?

Aside from fitness and training, I like to travel as much as I can, I love a day rave and will happily binge watch a crime documentary or comedy special on an evening.

I ocassionally work from home, but that's just admin, so this isn't intrusive in the shared space. Saying that, due to the layout of the flat, with the kitchen, lounge and dining space being connected, this flat would suit someone who doesn't work from home very often.

Bills are not included, they come in at a max of £175 per month each and include:
