Flat share 2bed 2 bath on the Canal

I'm looking for a flatmate for two months. Available from 9 May-30 June and then after the summer.

My teenage sons have gone off to school, so it's just me and my french bulldog.

Canadian in London for 20 years.

For you: Double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite. Master bedroom has a TV with Netflix, Prime and Apple TV for relaxing in the evenings. The living room is a nice place to sit as well. Kitchen is small, but updated. It's a nice place to cook if you like that.

Flat has a dishwasher, clothes washer and clothes dryer. Cleaner comes once a week.

The flat overlooks two aspects of the canal and is very calm for being in busy East London.

15 min walk to Shoreditch or Dalston in either direction. Also a nice walk along the canal to Broadway Market. Bus right across the road.

I work in tech (mostly from home except for meetings) but that may change in the coming months. I'm pretty quiet and relaxed, but love living in this location with all the bustle in nicer months. Lots of great cafés and bars around.

Basically, I work, walk the dog, ride my motorcycle and hang out with friends. Sometimes I ski (not in London 🙂). I'm not bothered by noise, so you would be free to make yourself at home. Equally, I don't make a lot of noise if you are a quiet type.
