Room available in lovely Canonbury house

I am sadly moving out of the house I have been living in for the past 3 years and I am looking for someone to replace me. It is an absolute gem, great location, great house and price for the area! I am only moving out to move in with my boyfriend.

The house is split over 3 floors;

Ground floor: Open plan kitchen with kitchen island and modern kitchen equipment. You will have everything you will need, including dishwasher, American fridge, oven and microwave and indunction hob. The kitchen has bifold doors that open to a lovely patio (it gets morning sun). On the grou!: floor there is also a small toilet and a utility cupboard with washing machine and dryer.

First floor: Living room and one of the bedrooms.

Second floor: 2 bedrooms (including yours) and bathroom. The room is not huge but it is a good size and it has great storage - it has 4 built in wardrobes.

Location: You are within 15 min walk from Upper St, Dalston and Stoke Newington so it really is a great location! You have 2 parks: Clissold Park and Highbury Fields within walking distance. There is a bus stop basically outside the house with frequent buses to Angel and into Central London.

The flatmates: You will be living with 2 friendly Australian girls in their early thirties. Some of their interests include travelling, watching films/ tv shows, going to gigs, cooking and yoga. They are looking to live with a professional female in her late 20s/ early 30s who is considerate, clean and friendly. Please note the current contract period runs until April 1st 2025 with the opportunity to renew after. No estate agents involved and you will be dealing directly with the landlord, who (difficult to say in London) is lovely!

Bills aren’t included and they come at around £120 average per month.
