Description
My current flatmate is planning on moving in with her boyfriend and our tenancy is up for renewal. I would like to keep the flat as I really enjoy staying here so I am looking for a new flatmate.
The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath on the ground floor and surrounded by a lot greenery. The flat has a concierge and double security gates with fob entry. It also has a communal roof terrace.
The room:
The room has a double bed with built in wardrobe. It is furnished with two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Carpet floor with underfloor heating.
The bathroom:
The bathroom will be your own as I have my own en-suite. This bathroom is not en-suite, but includes heated towel rack, bath/shower, wash basin and toilet.
Rest of the flat:
There is a shared living room with a glass top table and a lounge suite. The kitchen has a stove with extraction, oven, microwave, dishwasher and single door fridge/freezer. We have a single washing machine/dryer combo. There are also 2 storage rooms in the flat.
The flatmate(me):
I’m a 29 year old (soon to be 30 sadly) working for bank. I work from home 1-2 times a week. I enjoy being social and I’m always up for going out for dinner/drinks. My hobbies include playing/watching football, gaming, attempting to go to gym and in my downtime watching TV.
Bills:
Some of the bills vary, but are generally as follows each month:
Fixed:
Council tax £191 (Council Tax Band E)
Internet £30
Variable:
Hot Water and heating £50
Electricity £40
Water £20
Split 2 ways, about £165 on top of the rent. (Hot water, water and electricity can be a bit lower depending on usage).
I am planning on trying to organise viewings from the 9th of June. There is potential for some flexibility around the move in date, so feel free to let me know preferred move-in date in your message.
