Short let Flatmate needed!

Hi! We are two young professionals looking for someone to sublet the third room in our house for the months of July & August. The house is located 15 minutes walk from kings cross station and we are right near Angel, Islington and coal drops yard. We are also a five minute walk away from the canals which can you lead you all the way to Primrose Hill.

The house is lovely and bright, with an open plan kitchen and living room. We have a wonderful garden with furniture and BBQ that we use frequently when the weather is nice. There are 3 floors and one bathroom on the second floor. The bathroom is spacious with a shower and bathtub. We have a dryer and washing machine.

The available room is on the 3rd floor facing the road, with lovely closets and a spacious bed included. The rest of the furniture in the photo (except bed) will be removed and room repainted white.

The room costs 1,300 without bills (bills usually are 200 a month).
