Room Near Old Street - Women Only

I'm moving out of our flat, looking for a tenant to replace me, you'll be sharing with 3 other girls, flat is 10 mins walk from Old Street station. Must be able to provide references for current housing and employment, full-time employed only. Everyone is nice and clean, generally keeping to themselves so similar tenant preferred! Flat has shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom, no living room unfortunately!

Tenancy starts 1st September, rent and deposit due on that date

The room is a double room that comes furnished with the below:

Double bed
Clothes rail
Desk
Table + Chairs
Large cube shelf
Rug

Optional furnishing of coat hanger/shoe shelf, smaller cube shelf and small sofa/armchair available

Bills come to about £80 each approx, can be higher in winter, everyone takes on one bill so you'll need to also be responsible for that
