Cosy Ensuite in a flat with Canal View Bills/inc

I am currently seeking a flat mate who would appreciate and make good use of the ensuite study room that I have available.

I will be gone for over two weeks, sometimes a month, every six weeks. So you can have the flat for yourselves. I would appreciate similar dynamic.

I am an entrepreneur managing two businesses. One is a comedy club in the creative industry, conveniently located near my flat. The other business focuses on ecommerce software. Typically, I spend Monday evenings at the flat, but for the rest of the week, I am usually out and about. I am generally present until early afternoon every day. I travel at least once a month for couple of days, and every two months for at least 3 weeks and sometimes more.

Last two month, I was away for 5 weeks in total, and this month I will be away for at least 3 weeks. My girlfriend and part family is located in Germany in Munich.

Ideally, I am looking for a flatmate who is involved in the tech industry, an entrepreneur, or has a creative background. It would be great if they are not always at the flat, so we can both have our own space when needed. I am easygoing and don't mind sharing food or equipment, as long as you don't eat my last egg :)

Also, noise from music or other sources won't bother me. I am the kind of person who would take care of washing up or tidying if I notice something that needs attention, rather than simply pointing it out.

I have a cleaner once every two weeks, that does whatever needed, including washing or ironing. Lovely local lady ie auntie ;)

The reason I am searching for a flatmate is because of a recent rent increase, which doesn't make financial sense when I am frequently away from the flat.
