Black Queer Neurodivergent Female Flat

hey, we’re a group of 3 black queer women / non binary. we’re about to renew our contract so are looking for a 4th housemate to take a double room room we have available. (this room was originally on for £850 but the landlord has just put our rent up)

we’re looking to fill the room asap (by the end of the month) provided we can find the right person. we would like to get viewings done within the next 2 weeks so please message with a bit about you & your earnings. please also show interest if you’re not able to contact.

the double room now looks a bit larger than the photos as we’ve removed the wardrobe and replaced this with fitted rails. the room will be deep cleaned and emptied before move in.

about us - we’re creatives, all between the ages of 23-29. we’re a chill, quiet, clean and sociable bunch. we’re all neurodivergent (adhd & autism) so we have a lot of respect for each others boundaries.

to add, the location of this flat is amazing. it has the best transport links and it honestly feels 30 minutes or less away from most places in london.
