Shoreditch two bedrooms!

Hello!

Two rooms are available in a central flat in Shoreditch. The apartment is next to Hoxton market, many supermarkets: Aldi, Tesco, Marks and Spencers, Asian food specialized supermarket.. There is the gym, a number of parks and the canal nearby and Santander/lime bikes just outside the building. Both are very quiet rooms, you can play music or have video calls and not disturb anyone, nor be disturbed by anyone. The kitchen is brand new and half the bathroom is new with good water pressure.

Council Tax band is Hackney and B.
Some bills are already included.

Please let me know a few lines about yourself as well as:

- What times you can visit from today onwards?
- Will it just be you, or anyone else moving in?
- What date are you hoping to move in, and is there any flexibility either way? How long do you plan to stay? Please be as open as possible because as long as there is a match, I am willing to consider different lengths of stay.
- Due to the new laws, I will be asking you to share your three most recent payslips, your employment contract, along with a reference from a previous landlord or employer. Please ensure that those are possible to share. I am willing to make exceptions for anyone who identifies as an artist or self employed within reason and have a guarantor.
