My flatmate and I are looking for someone to join us, after our current flatmate had to move out at short notice for work.
THE ROOM
It comes with:
- a workstation in the living room (incl. computer chair and desk)
- a chest of drawers
- cupboard
- bed
- clothes rack.
THE FLAT
Our flat is a 3 bed, 1 bath, 1 toilet apartment. It has a large living room, with a 65" TV, PS5, 4-person sofa and bar fridge.
We also have exclusive access to a large outdoor patio.
The kitchen is furnished with all standard appliances (microwave, kettle, toaster etc.)
The flat is located:
- 10 mins walk from Old Street station (Zone 1), for the Northern Line
- 15 mins walk from Hoxton station, for the Overground
- 20 minutes walk from Liverpool St station

Bryn 32 - Event Producer
Hey I am Bryn, I am an Australian who has been living in the UK for two years and I work in the events industry so my schedule varies and sometimes I travel around Europe because of work. I am a big music person, I collect vinyl and have a professional DJ background. I enjoy playing video games, designing events, going out, and new experiences.
Aran, 25 - Civil Servant
Aran is from Edinburgh and works as a civil servant and enjoys a good gin, reading, history and hosts one of the biggest medieval podcasts on Spotify. Aaron likes history in general and is a good lad who is easy to get along with.
We both have been living together for nearly two years and we are really easy to get along with and what we are looking for is someone who is the same, pays bills on time, clean and is socialble. We are neither over socialable or hermits, we enjoy our own time and also going out.
If you are interested in the room, the property and getting to know us, swing us a message with a bit about you and if we think you will be a good fit we will conduct a casual video call. If we feel you are fit for the room then we will get the process started with referencing with Dexters.
