Description
Room available ASAP in 2 bed flat in a sought after development, plentiful amenities on doorstep including concierge and lift access. I am moving out due to be closer to work, I have lived here for nearly 2 years, my housemate has lived here for longer. The contract has 18 months left and you would replace me on the tenancy. There is a break clause after 12 months, so this would fall in October.
The room is bright, with window overlooking courtyard where you see Alfred Hitchcocks statue (for you film buffs). Separate and exclusive bathroom as housemate has own ensuite.
Steps away from regents canal and well served with buses to old street, Essex road, dalston and angel- or not far to walk!
There is a coffee shop right next door, and a popular bakery down the road
The building itself is situated directly opposite Shoreditch Park, and there is a gym in the complex you can sign up to.
It provides a well equipped kitchen with all you would need for a comfortable stay, spacious living room and balcony. Stylish furnishings, wooden floors.
In your room there is a really large sliding built in wardrobe. Comes with bed, a comfortable mattress and two bedside drawers. You're all good to move in! We have a washing machine in the flat, and dishwasher
The apartment offers the combination of a modern residential vibe away from the chaos of but remaining a stones throw away to some great spots.
car parking on the surrounding streets, apply for permit through council
It would suit a young professional with a busy lifestyle who needs a peaceful place to stay. Housemate is also friendly and respectful, and is a professional in early 30's.
Reference checks and tenancy replacement can take up to 4 weeks so contact me early if interested. I would ask for a small holding deposit, to go towards full deposit to show commitment if you do decide to take it while the agency checks are done.
Rent doesn't include bills- on average Council tax is 78/month, energy 55-60/month, and we also have a cleaner every for fortnight for around 27 pounds on top of that.
I am looking for a trustworthy, tidy and friendly professional. My housemate works from home on a couple of days and her partner lives abroad and visits every 1-1.5 months and stays for a few days. Please consider if that will be okay for you!
Please contact me via message with
- Your name, age, occupation
- Why you think you are a good fit
- What is your ideal move in date and duration of stay
Look forward to hearing from you!
