HUUUUGE Room with En-suite available

Hi potential new housemates

We are Luke, Lucia, Josh and Olivia. We live in a lovely 4 bed house in the middle of De Beauvoir. We work across project management, Localisation and Finance (though don't worry he doesn't talk about it much)..

We're a friendly bunch all have our own lives going on and have lived in London for a while but also are friendly and social and do the odd housemate stuff together such as trips to the pub, house dinner and the occasional house party!

House interests include hiking, baking, cooking, travel, pub, tennis, etc

We're respectful, clean open and considerate. We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks and keep the common spaces clean

The room:

the pictures probably don't do it justice, it is huge and practically takes up an entire floor. the last guy had a sofa/TV section and it was like a Studio within a bigger house.

House:

- The house is one of four in a little gated complex hidden away from the street
- We have one allocated parking space in the gated private car park, which Josh uses, but he is away a lot for work and there is almost always another spot available (offroad)
- Excludes Bills which come to broadly £160 per month and you'd be responsible for 1 of them e. g. Cleaner (everyone just adds to Splitwise)

Landlord is Benyen Estates and there is a referencing check as part of the process which will cost £50 as a one off for the person moving in.

They are pretty responsive and bring gardeners round periodically/touch up paintwork etc and we have a good relationship with them.

Amenities:
- Area is just lovely, there is local parks, pubs and sports centres as well as gyms and shops.
- We're a 5-10 min walk from Haggeston Station, Angel station is around a 20min walk
- There are plenty of bus routes into the City/West end etc
- We have lime bike parking outside and we mostly have bikes which there is space for
