MON-FRI Large room in Islington near Angel N1

MONDAY to FRIDAY let (1 to 3 nights per week max) Single occupancy only, no overnight visitors. Please do not enquire about a full time let. Rent is negotiable depending on how many nights you need the room for.

The room is available from 6th OCTOBER until 20th FEBRUARY.

Large, bright, newly decorated room with new & very comfortable king size bed, desk & 75 inch TV including super fast broadband, all sky channels (sky cinema, sky sports, TNT sports, Netflix & Amazon Prime).

There are storage boxes under the bed so you can keep stuff here when you are not staying. Bedding, towels etc are included & the room will be cleaned every week. No smoking indoors but vaping indoors is okay & smoking in the garden would be fine.

About the area:
Halliford Street is in between Angel, Shoreditch & De Beauvoir. The nearest station is Essex Rd. Angel, Old Street & Highbury & Islington stations & Haggerston overground are a short walk or easily accessible by the many buses. There are too many buses to list within a few minutes walk & it is next to the C27 cycleway so there are a lot of bikes available for hire. The house is in a great location next to Rosemary Gardens where there are tennis courts etc & only a few minutes walk from Shoreditch Park & Regents canal.
