I’m subletting my cozy space while I’m away. Peaceful setup featuring a spacious open-plan living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony.

The location is super convenient:
• Angel is a 10–15 minute walk
• Shoreditch is about 15 minutes away
• Hoxton Square is just 10 minutes on foot
• The canal is a 5-minute walk — perfect for strolls or a morning coffee

There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, and it’s a great base to explore or relax.

This is not a party flat, I’m looking for a clean, respectful female tenant who will take good care of the space and be considerate of the neighbours.
