One Bedroom in 2 Bedroom for short term

I have a room available for a month could be extended from 7th of August. It’s a beautiful apartment located on St. Pauls Road less than five minutes away from Highbury/Islington Station. I am sub letting for a month. Angel/Islington is just a few minutes away. It’s a two storey house with the living room (attic) in the top floor. Lower level has bathroom, kitchen and two rooms. You would be sharing this apartment with my friend. I am paying 350 a week but letting it out for only 300 per week. Can consider short term lets.
