I’m really sad to be leaving this flat, but I’m moving back to Spain and looking for a lovely new flatmate to take over my room in our friendly Caledonian Road home.

The neighbourhood is safe, calm and quiet. The flat is very well connected — it’s easy to get almost anywhere in London quickly.
• A couple of minutes from the Overground
• 10 minutes from Caledonian Road tube (Piccadilly line)
• 20 minutes’ walk to King’s Cross

🏠 THE ROOM & FLAT 🏠
The room is a good size — big enough for a double bed and a desk if you work from home. It includes a bed frame, wardrobe, bedside table and drawers.
I also have a desk, shelving unit, laundry basket, bin and long mirror that I’m happy to leave if you’d like them.
You’ll share a bathroom with one other girl, and we both keep it clean and tidy.

👭 YOUR FLATMATES 👭
The girls are honestly the best part of the flat — Tina (34) and Thin (27).
They’re warm, clean, respectful and easy-going. They love cooking, chatting in the evenings and hanging out when everyone’s around. I didn’t know them before moving in, but they’ve truly made this place feel like home.

We’re ideally looking for a girl in her mid-20s to early 30s who fits the friendly, relaxed vibe.
