Hi, I am Pamela and I’m currently looking for someone to take over my flat. The location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk from Old Street with plenty of cafés, gyms, supermarkets and bus connections to the City and Central London.
The studio is fully furnished, warm and very comfortable. I’m moving out to save a bit of money as it’s slightly above my budget but it really is a peaceful and relaxing place to live. The main tenant is away travelling for work so the flat is available for a short-term let (2–4 months) with the possibility to extend.
This space is ideal for anyone who values calm and privacy and I’m also looking for someone honest and reliable.
