I’m looking to end my contract early and need someone to take over. You must be a postgraduate studying at UCL. The contract will be processed through the UCL main website Portico and everything is legit. The monthly payment is also through UCL website. All you need is to fill an accommodation forms after I submit a notice to quit through UCL and then you will agree to take over the place and it will be yours.
