We're looking to fill a spacious double room in a lovely, warm home in Haggerston, East London, from January 31st 2026!

Fully furnished & LGBTQ+ friendly.

You'll be sharing with two housemates in their 30s who are both kind and considerate. Harry works full-time as a software engineer, while Steffen works full-time as an editor for a travel magazine (and accordingly spends a lot of time away).

The flat is spacious, and sits within a calm, quiet and safe building that comes with:
- its own inner courtyard and communal gardens
- a full-time concierge (great for deliveries)
- a small gym + sauna
- gated bike storage
- on-street parking
- an elevator (ideal for groceries/moving in)
- and communal areas that were fully refurbished in 2024

Tops, our building is part of a secure, gated community with CCTV in communal areas.

The flat has two bathrooms, and you'll be sharing the large one (with a bathtub) with Steffen. A few amenities, like our boiler, were renewed this year and are brand-new. There's also a small storage room and an open-plan kitchen/living room area including TV.

The room has generous built-in storage and a bed with storage space underneath.

We love the location: just off Kingsland Road/De Beauvoir Town and walking distance to Dalston (7 mins), London Fields (12 mins), Hoxton (10 mins), Shoreditch (15 mins), Angel (20 mins), Liverpool St (25 mins) and Victoria Park (30 mins). Hard to beat :)

Haggerston Overground is a 2-minute walk from the property.

The flat is run and overseen by a local estate agent.

Bills are not included and work out around £150/pcm. The property falls under Council Tax band F.

We're looking for someone equally kind and considerate who takes pride in their home to take the room. We are not opposed to having people over, but we are not a party house and like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy.

Move-in date is 31st January 2026 and referencing/checks are required by the estate agent. The lease is renewed once annually, at the start of March. Note, there is a chance rent will go up next March – this is TBC in the coming days. If it does go up, we've been assured the maximum rent for the room will be £1,129.
