Great location in N1...I'm looking for a professional to share a flat on St Pauls Rd, 2 mins walk to Cannonbury overground and 5 mins walk to Highbury & Islington tube on Victoria line/overground. Its a 10 minute walk to Upper St in one direction, 10 minutes to Dalston the other.

Its a great deal for the right person, I am often out and about but also enjoy a laugh with the right flatmate.

The flat is open plan, with modern and fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher), dining table, large leather sofa, new carpets and newly painted since the pics. It has a decent size balcony. My room has an en suite so you will have main use of the main bathroom. The room has double bed and furniture including, wardrobe, bedside table. It has double doors/juliet balcony.

All bills including council tax and fortnightly cleaner included (wireless broadband, gas etc).
