Double Rm Old Street 9th Dec - 31st Dec

I have a double room (in a 3-bed maisonette) available for 3 weeks in December from the 9th.

Pet free and non-smoking household.

This is a vegan household, with a shower and BATH.

No animal products to be consumed or cooked in the house. (You don't have to be vegan/vegetarian yourself).

Hopefully, this will suit someone who is just looking for something short term in zone 1/N1 area, a person who is in the process of buying a house, working on a short contract, an internship or in between leases. (No WFH). So this needs to be someone who is out during the week days between 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.

The location is just off City Road close to Hoxton, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Brick Lane, The City and Kings Cross.

I would need the rent and deposit to be paid upfront.

Excellent bus and tube links. Located in between Angel and Old Street Tube stations. Buses, 141, 76, 205, 214, 43, 55, 135, 394, 38, 19, 4, 56, 274.

Please bring your own bedding. But can provide bedding if needed.
