Flat includes all bills, a cleaner, fast unlimited internet, under floor heating, balcony, secure bicycle storage and I can provide bedding if required.

Located a 60 second walk away from the Regents Canal, the flat is close to Old Street station (8 mins walk), Angel station (12 min walk) and provides quick access to Canary Wharf, the City, London Bridge, Kings cross, Euston and Liverpool Street.

Local amenities include supermarkets, several gyms. The restaurants, coffee shops and cinema in Angel and the bars in Shoreditch are within easy reach.

I am a friendly, relaxed, quiet and tidy professional, I work 2-3 days in the office. I enjoying music, films and football.

The room would suit someone who is quiet. There is a desk in the room if you need to work from home. This is a non smoking and quiet flat.

I have reduced the room rent as I am in the process of selling the flat. The sale should go through in about 1 months time, however it could be earlier. I will aim to give you 2 weeks notice when I get a sale date if it impacts dates you're staying. I am looking for flexibility from the lodger
