This is a great double room at the top of a large, bright Victorian flat in Islington. It overlooks trees and gardens, and has original sash windows, dark laminate flooring and plenty of storage space. Bedroom measures 3.3m x 3.7m (approx 11ft x 12ft).

The flat is a quiet place to relax, yet is close to Essex Road with plenty of local shops – wonderful delis, fruit + veg shops, cafes and restaurants, plus late-night supermarkets.

It's about a 15 minute walk from Upper Street and the Angel, with good bus, tube and rail connections. It’s also on the Quietway 2 cycle route and there is space inside the flat to store a bike.
