Student Wanted For Double In Muswell Hill

Hi! So I am leaving my room in this lovely flat in Muswell Hill, just because I need something cheaper. But this is definetly a good deal for the area and flat.

It's a bright and airy room with pretty views. Furnished with the bed, wardrobe and draws. You'll be living with two lovely 23 year old gals, both students. One is in acting and the other music management. They are very friendly and happy to have a chat in kitchen or perhaps a hangout one evening with movie or whatever, but both respectful of own space and indepence!

Looking for someone who is veggie, clean and tidy and who is female (sorry lads). Also student would be preferable because then you can apply for exemption for council tax woohoo!
Otherwise it's £74 for CT.
Rent is £575, and bills are about £60. Landlord is super nice as well, a nice building.
No deposit or fees just first months rent wahey.

It's in the centre of Muswell with very good bus routes about a 2 minute walk away, and Highgate and East Finchley tube about 20 minute walk/10 mins on bus.

Am looking for someone asap, so viewings will be a GO GO this week and next 🙂 As we are looking for someone to move in on the 12th March. Also more preferable for long term contract but is flexible.
