2 lovely rooms in Muswell Hill

2 beautiful rooms available in Muswell Hill from 1st December.

2 of us are leaving our wonderful home and looking for 2 (ideally professional) females to replace us. Our friend is staying in the flat and she is sociable, loves to cook and keep active, as well as chat in the evenings and watch tv.

The 2 unfurnished double rooms are well sized. The flat also has a 4th room which is used as an office space if you work from home. The remaining housemate uses the office 2 or 3 days a week but the living room is also a great space to work from.

We're looking for friendly housemates who will respect the flat. We tend to replace communal items as and when we run out but are not uptight about who replaces what.

Ally Pally is a 5 minute walk, Muswell Hill 15mins walk and Crouch End 30mins walk. The area is very leafy and suburban. Together we've lived locally here about 19 years and absolutely love it. The bus stop to Bounds Green is across the road.

Council tax band D. We paid we 6 weeks deposit when we joined but Spareroom limits the deposits input based on the Tenants Act. This should be raised with Hamways, who manage the property, when paperwork is underway.

We're looking to confirm new tenants by end of October. The agents will then begin reference checks and draw up new contracts to move in 1st December.
