Hi, looking for someone to move into my self contained studio flat from the 10th January. I have loved living here for the past two and a half years but am now moving to Birmingham so helping the landlord find a new tenant :)

The flat has been built next to the original house so is safely secure behind an electric gate. Inside is a kitchen with stove, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, fridge, washing machine, and an ironing rack. There are two smart televisions one in the kitchen/ living space and one up in the bedroom loft space.

There is a small bathroom upstairs with a powerful shower , toilet and sink. The bed ( double) is on a floating platform with ladder, but is surprisingly spacious when up there. There is a large wardrobe, cupboard and under bed storage, a large amount actually :) Although the flat is teeny weeny, it’s also very cosy and is excellent for one person, perhaps studying or just moving to London, looking for a very affordable place that they can call their own.

The area is gorgeous I am a five min walk
To Alexandra palace ( amazing views of London) 19min walk to Alexandra palace station 19 min walk to Bounds Green,
walking distance to Muswell Hill main town. There are frequent buses outside the house that can take you to Bounds Green, East Finchley , woodgreen or Highgate in a matter of minutes.

The landlord has requested another female tenant . Also I’m afraid I won’t be able to respond to couples, the place is definitely a one person flat.

All bills are included in the rent:
Council tax, electricity, gas, water and internet.

A deposit of £950 along with 1 months rent upon moving in will be required
