Quiet location, quick direct access to central London from bus stop at the top of the road!

Muswell Hill is a lovely diverse area filled with all different restaurants, boutiques, some overpriced coffee places, an Everyman cinema and an M&S, Aldi and Sainsbury's.

The house:
-Shared bathroom and toilet, but only with me, the landlord.

-Shared large bright kitchen/diner which opens onto long garden with outside seating area.

-The room is at the back of the house and looks out onto the garden.

-There is free parking on the road.

Me:
I'm Rebecca; I'm a live in landlord which might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I'm pretty chill, pretty low maintenance, work quite a lot and out quite a lot. I work in social justice not for profit, and am also a hairdresser in my spare time. I do smoke but not lots. I do drink but not too much!

I like a chat and maybe dinner and wine here and there if our paths cross :) but i'm also very respectiful of people's space, and happy to have my own, too. I'm tidy, and the house is clean and non-cluttered.

Reason for renting:
It's a three bed house and so I have room to spare, and maybe provide a room to someone who may need it.

There's also a spare room that can be available for WFH or a lounge situation - so depending on need/want something can be figured out for use of that, too.
